Death Notices from the Cedartown Standard
The Death Notices were found in bound copies of The Cedartown Standard located at the Polk County Historical Society in Cedartown. They were taken from individual community news articles, obituaries, memorials and tributes. The name of the deceased individual and newspaper publication date is listed. Depending on information contained in the death notice, age, DOB, DOD, burial/cemetery and funeral home may be included.
Those that were scanned have an Image number listed under the Images column. Researchers wanting a copy of a particular death notice(s) should CONTACT us, and we will email the scanned image(s) to you. Please include the NAME OF THE DECEASED INDIVIDUAL and the IMAGE NUMBER.
