Note: Upon looking into the name Parm, it was found to be Parham. Further research shows that she was the former Emaline Queen who married Erwin M. Parham in Union Co., GA on 19 Dec 1869.  They lived in Fish Creek, Polk Co., GA in the 1910 census. Erwin died 27 June 1910 and is said to be buried in Bethlehem Cemetery in an unmarked grave.  Erwin passing away in 1910 may have resulted in Annie being at the Poor Farm. Information comes from Ancestry.com and Find A Grave.
